Employment

Chef and Patissier with over thirty five years experience Richard Janson since 1987 is Research and Development Chef and Production Manager for Kooka Brothas Pty Ltd.

He is the food stylist and photographer responsible for the product photographs in medium format/studio work and general design of bi-annual catalogues since 1996 and the designer and publisher of www.kookabrothas.com.

Photographic Practice

Parallel to self employment Janson has developed a photographic archive and darkroom practice that includes black and white, colour and digital 35mm, xpan and medium format documentary photos and studio work.

Photographic essays range from travel to UK, Vietnam and Europe, documentary images of Albury concentrating on architectural and industrial subjects and the natural environment concentrating on the effects of climate change.
